What you will be doing:
• Respond to a high volume of technical and product question tickets
generated by our customers
• Quickly learn systems and adapt to changes
• Work both collaboratively and independently within a team setting
• Identify and communicate process improvement suggestions
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to support our customers 24/7
(including nights and weekends)

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• You are experienced with technology—speci?cally Linux— and build side
projects to satisfy your own interests
• Extensive experience with: Apache, PHP, MySQL, DNS, Mail Servers,
Security Hardening, NFS Storage , CMS Systems: Wordpress, Joomla, CakePHP,
Drupal, VPN (Hardware and OpenVPN), Ruby on Rails, Bash/Perl/Python
Scripting, Puppet or Chef
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify trends
and patterns
• Previous experience in web hosting with an extremely positive attitude
and a strong desire to help our customers
• 3+ years of work experience in a professional setting
• College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to type 55+ WPM
