The AOA seeks a System Engineer experienced in Windows Server, Red Hat
Enterprise Linux and a Virtualized environment using VMware / Citrix.  The
position will work on a variety of projects in an IBM Blade Center
environment with ISCSI SANs, including implementing and administering
Virtual servers with Linux (Apache, PHP, MySQL, Postfix) and Windows
Servers (SharePoint, MS SQL, Exchange, Active Directory).  The position
will also work with email relays, Spam filters, anti-virus, and Network
monitoring software. Help lead and participate in the administering,
development, implementation and support of business and/or technical
information technology solutions encompassing multiple specializations that
are deployed on variety of platforms using wide spectrum of technologies.
Must be able to work in a team environment and provide both leadership and
support to other team members.

EDUCATION
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE
5 plus years of Linux experience
3 plus years of administering Red Hat, Fedora, or CentOS
5 plus years of administering Microsoft Windows systems
5 plus years of administering wired and wireless network systems
3 plus years of Email services (Exchange, postfix, Spam Assassin, Clam AV,
Mailman)
3 plus years of Web Services (Apache 1.x/2.x, PHP, Blog, SSL, CGI)
3 plus years of database (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL)
3 plus years of database web connectors (JDBC, ODBC)
3 plus years Scripting (Perl, csh / bsh / ksh)
1 plus years of SharePoint administration.

Must possess strong Project management skills
• Must possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication
skills (both written and verbal), and exchange information with others
clearly and concisely; ability to present ideas and facts.
• General understanding of hardware, operating systems and network
technologies
• Strong Performance Management/Monitoring, Memory Management/Monitoring
skills
• Ability to maintain own work flow and work under minimal supervision.
