Technical Marketing Engineer #580184 (3 Openings) Hillsboro, OR.
Description:
Provide application engineering expertise and technical support for Intel� Atom Developer Program. With the goal of helping developers build applications that end up in the AppUp Center, this role will be responsible for providing direct ISV support, writing papers & blogs, answering technical forum questions, and training developers face to face. In addition, this person will be responsible for defining a quarterly content plan. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability in resolving customer's technical issues are a must to be successful in this position. Prior experience in working or consulting with ISVs / external software developers is a plus.

Qualifications:
- BS in EE or Computer science.
- Five to Seven years experience in developing applications with C, C++, Java on Linux / Moblin.
- Maemo or Qt development experience is a plus
- Understanding of IP Networking and Video Codecs are desirable
- Embedded Linux experience is a plus
- Application development experience for phones & tablets, TV and other multimedia rich platforms is a plus
- Experience in writing papers & blogs or answering technical forum questions or training developers face to face.
