Systems Administrator - Linux - SaaS Environment

will find themselves challenged and engaged in interesting projects on a

you will employ your technical savvy to design and execute the smooth
transition of new engineering products from our development environment onto

capacity planning and designing best practices for deploying applications on

Based in our Menlo Park, CA headquarters you will call upon your honed Linux
administration experience on large-scale web server farms and your deep
knowledge of pre-deployment planning to ensure forward-looking and
error-free porting of new applications into production mode. Strong
knowledge of Linux kernel configuration, performance tuning and systems
management and monitoring will give you the foundation needed. A track
record of successful deployments, provisioning and developing best
administration practices will be crucial to your success. Perl and bash
scripting teamed with knowledge of Apache, PostgreSQL, and
networking/service infrastructures will cap of the experience needed for
