The gravitational-wave research group in the UWM Physics Department
(http://www.lsc-group.phys.uwm.edu) is seeking two Associate
Information Processing Consultants to assist faculty and research
staff to develop, deploy, and maintain LIGO data grid software for use
by members of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration (http://www.ligo.org).
These positions are fixed-term academic staff (non-faculty) positions;
salaries will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physics or
Computer Science or related field; expertise in a number of
programming languages including C, C++, Python, and the UNIX/Linux
operating system; and experience in scientific computing applications
