Hi, I work over at The Kenwood Group in San Francisco
(www.kenwoodgroup.com) and we are looking to hire a programmer for a
short-term job. Here are the details:

We are looking for a programmer to extend some open source server
software, Apache httpd and mod_dav, to better meet our needs. You must
have experience programming in C, working in a Unix environment, and
working with Mysql databases. Candidates would ideally also have
experience working with Apache httpd, WebDAV, and fileservers.

This is a short term gig, but could turn into more work later,
particularly if you have experience developing web applications using
AJAX and Mysql.

You must live in the bay area for this job. Almost all of the work can
be done remotely, but you will be required to come in to our offices in
San Francisco from time to time.

If anyone is interested or has any leads, please get in contact with me
at the email address above. The company consists of a small group of
employees and a larger rotating group of freelancers. In my experience,
they treat their freelancers very well.
