I've spent about an hour every one week for the past two months, and
have made zero actual progress. Work as a sysadmin gets in the way.
To remedy the situation, I've switched to using Belenix fulltime, and
will soon be using the book "Python for System Administrators" so that
I get to do hands on stuff that is relevant to my work :)

I used to think about such stuff once upon a time, but somewhere
during the past two years, my interest in programming languages has
waned, and I'm now more interested in deployment, sysadmin, and tech
investigation (apart from learning to play the classical guitar!)

I see that the PyQT site has some useful starting information.

I've installed PyQT on my XP box at home to get started. I've not yet
give PyQT on Belenix a shot - and I'll do that right after hitting
"send" on this email :)
