 I am Ria Das, a 3rd year computer science and engineering student,
studying at Dr. B.C.Roy Engineering College, Durgapur.

I have been an GSoC candidate,2007 and in the process I had a good
feel of how it is to be mentored and now, in the next few years, I
would like to help mentor more Indian women to get into FOSS.

I would like to do it in the following way :

 1. I will work to get local chapter meets.
 2. I can help someone with the language python.
 3. I can encourage more women locally and in my college to
participate in contributing to  the world of open source software.
 4. I can also help with linux
