thats really a great idea diya.

there are lot of docs in tldp and other sites.
i personally feel that first list of such archives need to be
collected and the topics need to be categorised and put them in a good
format in simple language.
so first let us chk out the sites with good docs. max of 10-20 will do
i think. then we can try to segregate them

so start giving some good docs list.
