hi all,

Nice to see some useful discussions going in the list..
anyway here is for wat iam mailing.

Thanks to VaibhaV for pointing out the security flaws in the list.

I thought it would be better to draft a set of rules that a new joinee
will get as a mail after he/she joins the list, so that the code of
the list is maintained properly.

So.. i want everyone to add points for the same. I dono how to go about it.
hope i get some valuable points to put in the new joinee welcome letter.

and last but not the least..
