[Courses] Admin reminder: please make sure you're subscribed before posting

A reminder from your list admins:

Please make sure you are subscribed to the courses list before posting.

Many of you are sending from other addresses and your mail is getting 
stuck in our spam trap where an admin has to manually check them.  If 
you want to send from another address, that's not a problem: you can 
subscribe as many addresses as you'd like to the list and just turn off 
mail delivery on any extra addresses.  If you'd like help setting this 
up, please just ask!

And, as Jacinta already said, please remember to put [python] somewhere 
in the subject line if your message is related to the python course.
