Hello world!

I came across this Python course via my friend Leigh Honeywell. I've already
cheated on Q2 & 3 by reading everyone else's answers, so I'll just answer
Q1. I'm using Mac OS X ver. 10.6.7 and Python 2.6.1. This is my first time
using a mailing list in ages; I'm barely comfortable using the terminal, and
I had to poke around with TextEdit's settings before it would let me save my
programs in plain text... but I'm very enthusiastic and eager to learn!
