Indeed there is. Just check the footers to any posting on this list
for a link to the list's info page, which includes the archives:

About Moodle, I'm guessing it will be fairly clear how to use
it once the course gets started (if not, maybe we can share tips
here), but right now I think we're still waiting for word from our
Moodle administrators on the problems people are having logging in.
