Hi,

My name is Kat and I live in Cambridge, MA.  I use Java and C with a
little bit of Perl now and then. I also have some Python experience, but
it's self taught, so I'm hoping to fill in a lot of gaps.  I'm hoping to
be able to get away with using online resources, and not have to buy a
book.

As for why it's called Python, all I can say is "Bring us a shubbery!"
