Sure, why not. Introduce library functions for dealing with data 
types along with the data types (like int, char, etc).

Probably should be written in DocBook XML because there exists 
(I believe) tools that will convert it to all different sorts of things 
such as XHTML for web, PostScript for printing, etc.
