[Announce] LinuxChix Peru group

Hi,

Hello Silvia and all the Peru chixors, welcome !

It was announced in DW that a group of girls, from Peru have formed
Linuxchix-Peru, with the official launch slated for September 23.  I
dont know Spanish so I request those who know Spanish to co-ordinate
