[Announce] Linux Australia Grants Scheme

Hey everyone,

Linux Australia has initiated a grant scheme for people who are members
or affiliates of LA. [As far as I am aware membership is not limited to
Australian residents or citizens, but I'm not involved in LA, so I don't
know how being a non-resident would affect your proposal. You can always
ask :)]
