[announce] Linuxchix move

Short form:
The DNS records have been changed, and linuxchix is now moving to
where Dancer and I are hosting, rather than Deb. We have not
subscribed people to the new lists (the old lists have a lot of
dud addresses in them), so if you haven't done this yet, please
resubscribe yourselves at:

Long form:

Deb needed to retire from running linuxchix. She told the lists, and
several people offered to help. For various reasons (mostly
job-related), most of the others became unable to actually run a
server for Linuxchix.

Dancer and I have settled things such that we run the server, and we
have a bunch of volunteers who do the other jobs - managing their
sections of the web pages, actually managing the lists, etc. This,
we hope, will prevent US from burning out. Not to mention being a
great way to meet good people. :)

Deb apparently has had trouble changing the delegation of Linuxchix
to point to the new server. This has now been resolved. We have yet
to change the whois entry for linuxchix so that Dancer or I are the
administrative contact, but we can do that later - the important
thing now is that the new site is live.

Over the next couple of days the change should propogate around the
world, and linuxchix.org should point to our server.
