A, but I think there is room in A for woman-focussed material, such
as a regular Woman in Technology history or interview. I think it's
really valuable to provide models for younger women.

For example, I always loved mathematics, despite being told "only
boys are good at maths". I persevered, despite having no rôle models.
However, I felt a lot better about myself when I visited a
colleague's classroom, much later in life, and found a series of
posters on Great Woman Mathematicians. Yes, they had existed! But I
hadn't know about them. It would have helped me a lot back then to
know that. It did help me a lot even later on. I wonder how many
other girls might have stuck with Maths if they had had that sort of
display in their classroom?

So I think modelling is important. This is an opportunity for us to
share what we do, highlight some of our greatest achievers, and
generally light the path.

A, but definitely taking opportunities to encourage anyone dealing
with barriers to participation.

Please bear in mind that non-English speakers will completely miss
any jokes, puns or use of only-English references. It would be great
if we could have something with international meaning.

I wonder about something like "Free and Clear", which would include
the rhyme with "Free as in beer", but establish right away our
priorities for free software, free speech, free participation, and
clarity of information. Or something like that. As long as there's a
direct meaning for anyone having to use a dictionary to understand it.
