We certainly have people who could contribute a lot in these areas.

Translation takes a lot of time, especially when it's translating  
whole articles on a regular basis. I could do it occasionally, but  
not regularly. My community is very short of volunteers, so my time  
is pretty much booked up. :(

Also, I'm very ill, so I can't promise to do anything on a regular  
basis.

I would like, however, to link any articles I can translate to our  
main project site, and publicize them on our LUG and other computing  
mailing lists. Currently, we have virtually no Vietnamese women  
participating online, and I would really like to change that.  
However, the main barriers are not linguistic but behavioural: the  
same "locker room" issues we have been discussing.
