I tried creating an automated way to bring content into Plone. Whats on
the site now is the first attempt.  As Chris said, all the content is
there, it's just not all showing up.  I would have worked on that but
the HTML is in such a state that it would be a lot easier, and better,
to redesign the structure rather than try to import it then fix it
afterwards.

The next step is to identify what types of content we have. Then to
decide whether we want people to be able to enter it freeform, or, as
Chris suggested, as Plone content types.  Using a Plone content type
means that users would be presented with forms that they could fill out
instead of being allowed to enter arbitrary HTML. It's more restrictive,
of course, but it's also a lot easier for anyone to participate in and
enforces consistency between content types.
