[Actionchix] Some comments on the site architecture

I would make the following suggestions:

 - reorder the "About" section, so that bits aimed at potentially
   interested women ("Why Does LC exist", "LC Charter") come first and
   stuff for the press and so on later. They are our secondary audience
   after interested women

 - Change "Chapters " to "Other groups" or "Groups", which has
   underneath these sections:

   - regional chapters
   - other women in FOSS groups; listing:
     - BSDChix
     - Debian Women
     - etc

   BSDChix started up waaaay before most other groups, and probably
   should be placed with them now.
