[Actionchix] yet another css design for linuxchix

yet another bare bones css rendition for the linuxchix site. This
provides a click through of the sitemap I did. 

I've only looked at it in firefox on linux and ie 6 on windows.

I only moved some content into it and haven't had time to work on the
javascript version of the menu.
