[Techtalk] is the Internet broken?

I remember something like this happening, with Verio I think, probably
more than ten years ago. One company or the other "refused to broadcast
the routes" of the other. They took them off their routing list, I guess.
It was finally resolved after a few days.
Pain in the butt, though.
