[Techtalk] time display in mozilla

Hello,

I've not been succesfull in discovering how to get mozilla to display 
the time as i want it.

In mail there are several columns. On is the Date column, which displays 
date & time when the message was sent. I would very much like that 
display to use 24 hour display for the time, instead of the default 
am/pm system, which i've never liked.

I'm using mozilla 1.7.12 on linux (slackware 10.1 (with patches)).
