[Techtalk] Character sets and windows (version 98)

One thought is to give him OpenOffice.org as a "new version of Word" and
have it use iso8859-2.  I'm not sure that it will do that though...

As for Win98, is it not just a matter of getting an appropriate font and
installing that?
