[Techtalk] Could someone help me with a technical report

Thanks everybody for all of your help!  I recieved a
lot of information that I would not have thought of on
my own (or it would have taken me all semester to
think of!).  I am truly grateful.  

My questions have now gone from slightly off topic to
incredibly off topic and Alvin has kindly offered to
help me so I am going to take the discussion off line.
 If anyone has any more thoughts about the subject
that you would like to share please feel free to email
