[Techtalk] ip addreses on redhat

Hello,

My name is Lena. I am a system administrator in  New York City. I signed up
for the list a couple of days ago...and I have been enjoying it very very
much.

In any case, I have a question :)

I'm working on redhat 8, and I was wondering where the system stores its
nic's ip address once it boots up. I assume it's somewhere under /proc..but
where exactly?
