Read from the bottom they say:

It here looks like there are two delays: first one between
s3.quintessential.com and keon.simegen.com, i.e. 6 days, then a second
smaller one between gw-dsl.simegen.com/keon.simegen.com and
proto.pvv.ntnu.no of 10 hours or so.

I don't know where the problem is, it might be keon.simegen.com that
didn't want to receive the mail (the postmaster there should be able to
check their logs for connections from s3.quintessential.com) or it may
be s3.quintessential.com that delayed it for some reason (the postmaster
there can also look in their logs). 

(The delay between gw-dsl.simegen.com/keon.simegen.com and
proto.pvv.ntnu.no are probably due to mailadm chewing or because the
mail had to be approved before it could leave mailman.)

As someone said: make sure you are subscribed to the list with the
address you post to it with. Then your mail will go straight through,
not having to wait for approval.
