[Jobposts] small C job, cleaning up some code

Hello list

A friend of mine asked me if I knew anyone who could do some code
cleanup for him on a pretty big project.

The bulk of the work is developing a GNU indent script that will
deal with source code whitespace and indents. Its not quite as simple
as just running indent on the files however.

He wrote up a "formal" request[1]

"BRL-CAD has a need to have an automated means to apply consistent
style conventions for code that has been written and exists in a
variety of styles. BRL-CAD's source code consists of over 750,000
lines of C, Tcl/Tk, Java, shell source code, and build files, the bulk
of which is in C spread out over approximately 1200 files. This
request involves the creation of a .indent.pro script(s) that will
work with BSD and GNU indent, modification of the BRL-CAD sources to
conform to a specific style, modification of sources to function with
Emacs region indentation, and verification of source correctness after
modifications."

Give it a read over and if you think its something youd like to do,
Seans email address is on the linked page.

He apologizes for presenting the task so formally but he wants to
pay fairly for the work and be clear on what has and has not to be
done.

I dont know anyone directly who would want a side job like this
so I thought I'd pass it along to the list.

Thanks!
