[Techtalk] PAM and pam_tally2.so

Hi All,

In some PAM common configuration files, I have correctly configured some lines with pam_tally2.so  and they work.

I configured PAM by directly editing the files.  I read lots of documentation and did lots of trial and error.

But on those systems another tech wants to use pam-config.  Okay.....

But when I do a pam-config -list--modules; pam_tally2.so is NOT listed.  It IS installed and we ARE using it successfully.

Any clues?
