[Techtalk] sphinx rst-- generate 2 different HTML index pages from one source file

Ahhhh my experience with all things Python. 

Am I missing something obvious? Why are the domain names in the urls
at all? Why are the links not relative urls? Then you can upload the
files to the 2 different domains and be done? (I haven't used Sphinx
in any serious way so don't recall how it builds links.)
