[Techtalk] portland, OR sim cards for germany

Hey all,

We are traveling to Berlin next week (yaaaay fun!). We're flying out of
Portland, is there anywhere in Portland where we can load our cheapo LG
travel phones with sim cards for Germany? I've looked at some of the
cheap providers, and I don't want an Estonian phone number, but a real
German service provider with a DE phone number.
