*Addendum: Effect of munging on custom Reply-To header*

The poster's From: address is appended to the Reply-To header if a
custom Reply-To header is already included in the poster's message.

Example:

- Post from abc at dom.ain with custom Reply-To set to xyz at dom.ain.
- Mailman appends abc at dom.ain so the Reply-To header now includes both
xyz at dom.ain and abc at dom.ain.

A "reply to" from an MUA will now go to both xyz at dom.ain and abc at dom.ain.

If there is no Reply-To header in the original post, Mailman simply adds
a Reply-To header with the poster's address.

A point in favor of selective munging - minimizing Reply-To munging so
we respect, as much as possible, a user's choice of where they want
private replies sent.
