Actually, I initially focused on the 'duplicate files' problem, 
regardless of the type.
Also, I remember using Phatch for batch processing of image files 
(auto-resizing) but not for automatic deduplication.
I'll have to clean out some photo directories sooner or later. Will give 
Patch a try then :)
