The message is that the mail was undeliverable for 2 hours - it's not strictly a bounce, as most mail servers will try again (default in exim was every 4 hours for 4 days).  Generally, this is because of DNS issues (the server can't look up the MX record), or networking issues.  *usually* it's because the sending mail server can't get to the dianagaydon.com mail server - otherwise, the response would be different ("the mail server at dianagaydon.com rejected the message....")
