[Techtalk] requirement from new router

Hi,

I had network issues that were resolved with swapping out the d-link
router.

This router has an html admin interface, but I could not access this
from a text-based browser such as w3m. I would normally want to do that
via a ssh connection from home.

Are there routers (small, 4 port) that would allow access in the way
that I need, or is this expecting the world to go backwards too much?
