I'm in the odd position of using it often enough to be truly annoyed
that it's not where I expect it to be, but not often enough to
memorize the Alt-F2, so I'd be forced to keep it on the panel where I
don't want it to be. I downloaded Debian last night and will install
that into VirtualBox to see what I think of it in comparison to my
son's Ubuntu, and to find out whether they, too, butchered the menu
by removing Run command from it. (:
