O’Reilly has released a bash script to extract the EPUB e-book from the 
iPhone application file. So you don't need a jailbroken Apple device, to 
get your book.

This is really great! :)
In the last months I bought all the books, I never had the money to. 
Only a tenth of the price of the printed book.
