[Techtalk] Problem with AMCC powerPC 440EP (yosemite)

Hi,
I am trying to bring up the AMCC powerPC 440EP (yosemite) eval board using
the wind river linux 2.0.The kernel version is 2.6.21.
I compiled kernel for ppc and cross compiled busybox. I tried to load the
kernel and file system using tftp and I got the following message.The kernel
exits with kernel panic with signal 11.Am using busybox-1.4.1.
