While I'm at it, it may be a family of cockroaches trying to walk
through the exit-fan ...

And honestly, I'd check the UPS, don't fiddle with batteries, as they
may catch fire or leak ...

Ultimate geekness would be to provide an audio recording of it, so we
may diagnose ;p
