Here's a useful HowTo for setting it up on Ubuntu: 
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PostfixVirtualMailBoxClamSmtpHowto. 
That got things working for me. I imagine you should be able to adapt 
it easily enough if you are using another distribution.
