Sorry that I stopped replying, it's often very hard to track down this
kind of issue where everything is running but nothing is displaying
and I didn't really have any ideas. Have you tried running some other
webstart apps? Is there any output logged from java to
.xsession-errors? If you can, download the webstart file and run
javaws yourself on it to see if you get any errors on the console.
