[Techtalk] is there an open source flash editor?

Actionscript 2 Compiler will have to be my linux flash movie creator -
100% actionscript. 

I wonder how I could draw and colour vector objects for flash, to be
used and manipulated by actionscript. A. Mani - do you know if objects
drawn using linux (perhaps with Inkscape?) could be imported and used by
this MTASC?

(If so, then the next task would be to try to find a linux driver for my
Wacom tablet... There's so much to do when trying to move from Windows
to Linux...)
