A little bit of scripting should allow you to create a print filter that
will do the job.  You would use OpenOffice's commandline facility to convert
the incoming document to the required format.  Only difficulty is that I
don't know if it's possible to send the document as anything other than
postscript to the virtual printer in the first place.
