[Techtalk] No signal input

Greetings,

I tried to fix on old Compaq deskpro (Pentium II with MMX). Problem is this:
When I put power on there apears "No singnal input" -message in the screen
and it gives weird beep sounds ( 1 short and 2 long beeps)

I have check:

   - Video controller and display, both are ok.
   - Bios battery is ok.
   - Memory is ok.

Unfortunatelly I don't have manuals for motherboard... so I don't know how
to continue to resolve this problem.
