if you have a recent release of python, you'll
almost certainly have the IDLE IDE that comes with
for free. I haven't thought of Turbo <whatever>
for some time, and now that you've reminded me, it
strikes me as quite similar to the currently
shipping IDLE, which has a reputation as being
good for beginners.
