[Techtalk] gigabit nic cards with linux (debian)

Hey there,

For some reason, I'm having a difficult time finding anything relevant 
on the web. Does anyone have any experience with gigabit nic cards in 
linux? I have been using 3com nic cards for years, but apparently they 
are getting out of the nic business. :-( So, now I am looking for 
something else that will play well with linux, specifically debian. Any 
ideas?
