Money for sure.  To use some perfectly horrid business TLA's, TCO and
ROI :)  

Linux tends to beat Unix on both of those from what I have heard.  With
clustering and such, you can add capacity rather cheaply also.

I haven't lost my mind
It is backed up on disk somewhere.
