In my opinion the best place for finding out things like that is the EMC²
Powerlink site (https://powerlink.emc.com/) - you can get yourself an
account there and then use the so-called e-Lab Navigator (Menu Support ->
Interoperability -> e-Lab Navigator). The more details of your config you
fill in, the better.

There are quite a few possiblities why you wouldn't be able to properly
"see" the devices on the Linux host, and I heartily recomment the
documentation on the Powerlink site.
